FAQ
It depends on what’s in your cart and what country you’re ordering from. Within UAE, free shipping is applicable when the cart total is AED 300/- or above.
For delivery within the UAE, an additional delivery fee of AED 20 per order will be applicable if the order costs less than AED 300/-
We offer delivery services all over UAE within the city limits. However, there are few far off areas where we offer weekly twice delivery services for a delivery fee of AED40/per delivery.
When your order is ready for dispatch you will be notified by email and once it’s out for delivery you will receive a phone call to confirm your availability and to schedule a delivery.
